These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of digital products provided by She_AI_Unfiltered (“we”, “us”, “our”), a sole trader trading under the name She_AI_Unfiltered.
By purchasing, accessing, downloading, or using any of our products, you agree to these Terms.

2) Educational purpose only (not advice)
All products are provided for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing in our products constitutes financial advice, tax advice, investment advice, legal advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security, product, or service.
Any examples, case studies, calculations, projections, or modelling are for illustration and learning—not guarantees. Markets, regulations, and personal circumstances change. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.
You remain responsible for your decisions. If you need personalised guidance, consult an appropriately qualified professional (e.g., regulated financial adviser, accountant, or tax specialist).
3) Digital delivery & access
3.1 What you receive
Your purchase may include:
PDF downloads (Toolkit / Case Study and related materials)
A ZIP file containing the locked Excel calculator
Access to a member vault/course area (where applicable)
3.2 Instant access
Where “instant access” is offered, we provide access/download instructions immediately after successful payment (typically via on-screen confirmation and/or email).
3.3 Technical requirements
The calculator is designed for Microsoft Excel.
Using Google Sheets or other spreadsheet apps may break formatting, protections, or functionality.
You are responsible for ensuring you can open ZIP files and use Excel on your device.
We provide reasonable support for access/download issues as part of your purchase (see Section 6).
4) Licence & permitted use
4.1 Personal Licence
Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing, products are licensed to you for personal use only.
You may:
download and use the products for your personal learning and planning
print reasonable portions for personal reference
You may not:
share, resell, redistribute, copy, upload, or publish the products (in whole or part)
provide the products to clients, students, teams, or communities without written permission
remove watermarks/notices or bypass access controls
attempt to unlock, reverse engineer, or tamper with protected content or formulas
4.2 Business/client use
If you want to use the products with clients, inside a business, or for training, you must obtain written permission (and where applicable, a commercial licence).
5) Payments & pricing
Prices are shown at checkout in GBP unless stated otherwise.
You authorise us (and our payment providers) to charge the payment method you submit.
Prices may change at any time, but changes won’t affect purchases already completed.
6) Refunds & 30-Day Clarity Guarantee
Because these are digital products, access is delivered immediately after purchase. However, we offer a 30-Day Clarity Guarantee.
6.1 What we’ll do
If, within 30 days of purchase:
you cannot access the files/member vault, or
the product is materially not as described,
email us using the support email above and include:
the email used at checkout
your name
purchase date (and order ID if available)
a short description of the issue (screenshots help)
We will first attempt to fix the issue quickly (access reset, re-send links, troubleshooting).
6.2 When we refund
If we cannot resolve a genuine access issue or the product is materially not as described, we will issue a refund within the 30-day window.
6.3 What we don’t refund
We do not offer refunds for:
change of mind after access has been delivered (unless required by law)
failure to read the product description before purchase
incompatibility caused by using unsupported software (e.g., Google Sheets)
outcomes not meeting expectations (this is educational content, not a promise of results)
This guarantee is in addition to any statutory rights that may apply.
7) Digital content & consumer cancellation rights
If you are a consumer, you may have statutory cancellation rights in some situations. For digital content supplied immediately, you may be asked at checkout to:
consent to immediate delivery/access; and
acknowledge that you may lose any statutory cancellation right once delivery begins.
This section does not limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
8) Intellectual property
All content, templates, text, calculators, branding, and materials are owned by She_AI_Unfiltered (or licensed to us) and are protected by intellectual property laws.
No ownership is transferred to you. You receive a limited licence to use the products under Section 4.
9) Third-party links and tools
We may reference third-party websites, platforms, tools, brokers, funds, tickers, or services. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, pricing, or actions. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
10) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss (including loss of profits, missed opportunities, or business interruption) arising from your use of the products.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the products will not exceed the amount you paid for the product that gave rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited (for example, fraud).
11) Changes to products and Terms
We may update the products (e.g., fix errors, improve explanations, refresh links) and may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will reflect changes. The Terms in force at the time of your purchase apply to that purchase.
12) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of England and Wales, unless consumer law requires otherwise.
